- What is BLACKDATALANE?
- We sync your rides, drivers and vehicles from the Blacklane portal and generate settlements automatically, all in a single panel. Leave the spreadsheet behind.
- How do I sign up?
- Click "Get started", enter your company name, your name and email, and choose a password. Your workspace is ready instantly.
- How do I connect my Blacklane account?
- Inside the panel go to Settings → Connection and enter your Blacklane email and password. They're encrypted end-to-end (AES-256-GCM) before being stored.
- Is it secure? Who can see my credentials?
- No one. Your credentials are encrypted with AWS KMS and each company is isolated at the database level. They're only used to sync your data on your behalf.
- How much does it cost? Is there a free trial?
- We have Starter ($99), Pro ($199) and Business ($299) monthly plans. You start with a 5-day free trial; no contracts and you can cancel anytime.
- How often is my data updated?
- Sync runs automatically every few hours. Drivers and vehicles refresh daily.
- How do settlements work?
- We compute gross, commission and net per driver, with consolidated and individual PDFs you can email. Commission is frozen per ride for always-consistent reports.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- From Subscription you can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
