• Monday: review last week's rides — totals per driver, anything missing or odd.

• Midweek: pay, and record what was paid and when.
• Friday: scan upcoming expirations (licenses, insurance) for the next month.
• Monthly: revenue by month, per driver and per vehicle — and one decision based on it.

Fleets drown in numbers they don't use.
